Leadership development: Designed and launched leadership development programs at two premier financial services firms.
Succession planning: Advised a national professional services firm on the development of a CEO succession planning process; conducted leadership assessment, facilitated key executive succession planning, and advised on reorganization of a national engineering firm’s management and board.
Team building: Worked with the senior executive team of a major industrial public company on improving cohesion, communication, and global business processes, and to prepare for leadership of a spin-off business.
Diversity: Developed programs to improve gender diversity in the senior ranks of two national engineering firms.
